Same chassis, same software, same monitoring. Every screen gets its own box, and we specify the model to the content on it — a single dashboard doesn’t need what a panel of a live social wall needs.

Out-of-band access is our last-resort route into a player and needs Intel vPro, so it isn’t available on Model 3 — self-healing, alerting and 24/7 remote access work the same on all three.

Social walls and live dashboards are harder than looping video. The Box is specified for the content our clients actually run.
Health, uptime and playback report straight into the LAVA Platform — because we wrote both ends.
No finger-pointing between a player vendor and a software vendor. It’s all us.
The fanless industrial model, larger storage, more memory and non-standard mounting are specified per project — tell us the screen count and the content and we’ll come back with the build.
